Finally, there is stuff that is just posted at www.patreon.com/nyom so check it from time to time!
A little late, but I've been busy... and writing it takes time too...
So you are launching a patreon too?
Yup, Here it is: www.patreon.com/nyom it's still under construction in many ways, since I just worked into doing the comics the launch has being a bit difficult, but most of the problems I had are settled.
You must have become a money grabber then?
Oh sure, I'm still planning to build my golden vault, but soon I will be swimming in gold coins like Gabe N- oops, what was I thinking? I mean, like Scrooge Mcduck.... that's it.
What's the deal?
I plan to offer a monthly comic package with over a 100 fully edited images for 10$, first pledge will get the previous monthly comic package and the current month package when it's released. I will add exclusive images that cannot be posted here too.
Is not a bit expensive 10 bucks for just that?
Yes and no, when I take a look at other people and I found that rewards were a pretty big list of stuff, but it was confusing too, because it's difficult to know how much new stuff do you get for your monthly pledge... so, to keep things clear, I decided to offer just the monthly package, so for the first pledge you will get 2 comics packages (current and previous months) for 10 $, and next months the monthly package for 10$, easy and simply.
What changes then?
I will create more stuff, and this stuff will be paid stuff... nothing more, I still will do free stuff with a similar pace to the last year... a couple or more weekly images and some comics from time to time, having the scenes and the characters ready to use should help doing the free comics, and they will help to promote the patreon stuff too. Aside that, having access to more 3d resources (which can be quite expensive!) and more time dedicated to 3d stuff will mean a bust in the quality of my stuff, and that will be for free and paid stuff alike.
Why did you decide to start doing paid content?
Because money doesn't grow in trees and my working expectations are pretty low right now, after finishing my long term degree in environment I was not expecting to become rich, but I expected to get at least a "decent" job, that's the point about expending a lot time and money studying at an university, isn't it? But the offer of "decent" jobs in Spain wasn't good before the crisis, and nowadays it's plain awful...
So, I'm not happy with my current job (though it's better than nothing...) And I don't see better options in the job market either.
And here is my peculiar hobby, I know I'm good at it, I like most of it (except editing...) and I see people doing fine money with it... so why not try?
I've spent about 1700 euros of my savings to get new hardware and software, and start to dedicate most of my free time to it, can it be tiring? yes... but for now I still have fun doing the images and writing the scripts... and have a nice set of future projects that would be impossible to do other way.
But you said that you didn't want to turn it into a job!
Because I didn't... I usually dedicated a lot of night late time to work on doing stuff, and stealing sleeping time for it was not a healthy thing to do, worse, it was burning... now I use the rest of my free time( I haven't played or read anything in ages) , but I avoid working at night, and it helps a lot. I would say that having new hardware and new limits and expectations helps a lot too, I was pretty constrained by the old computer, many times working in the edge of the crash, and when it happened it was very fustrating, losing hours of work and spending more time to redo the images or fixing the issues. I didn't have problems with the new hardware, and I'm pushing its limits, making better and more complex scenes that I ever did... and in many ways I'm still a newbie to this! I've used free tutorials and learnt by myself all this time, but now I can try to become an actual professional at it, investing more time about learning, paying for vue tutorials or high quality 3d content...
What do you expect of it?
Swimming in gold coins, didn't I tell you before? Now seriously, having more resources for doing the stuff would be great, but I would really like to earn enough money to turn it into a full time job, and if everything would go incredible well savings some money for future life projects would be nice too...
What should expect patrons from you?
New, High quality, gentle giantess and minigiantess content for an small support every month and bigger and unprecedented projects for the future.
Could we expect the comics to be eventually released for free?
Never say never, but not any time soon, that's for sure, and not here because they are too lewd...
What else?
That's up to you, any more questions?
